Mercutio's Last scene (oh yeah, Tybalt too)

Hmm.. I'm still wondering about Mercutio's death. In class ms. james said it was interperated as an accident. Maybe it was but it seemed as if Tybalt was going to stab Romeo, but instead got Mercutio??? That's just what I thought but what about you guys? Is that what you thought, or was it something else?

soo... this is a bit off topic but Christmas is right around the corner. Anyone have special plans?:)
