The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

My weekend was pretty fun! I rode around on my dirtbike in the snow, and taught 'kittykat' how to ride! Yesterday, all of the grandaughters on my dad's side of the family, went over to decorate my Grandma Judy's house for Christmas. It has become this tradition. While putting up the tree my Grandma tells us stories where certain ordiments come from. She has kept ordiments that my dad made when he was in first grade! It is really fun!

In the book I am reading, Where the Heart Is, Novalee is determined to find the perfect Christmas tree. She takes her one friend Forny every weekend in the woods till she finally finds the one. She cuts it down and brings it home. This reminded me of my family adventures finding our Christmas tree. We go out to this tree farm in Ozark every year, and go and cut down a tree.
It is actually really fun!

1) What family traditions does your family do during the holidays?
2) How many people still have real trees for their Christmas tree?
