Finals, Finals, Finals!!

So, I am up here at the library, attempting to study for my finals. Thankyou God for letting us use our studyguides for English...that will be a huge help! Right now I am studying for my Science class. There is so much, I am getting pretty stressed!

Anyway... the benchmark was pretty easy. I volunteer alot so writing the essay wasn't hard at all. It was making it sound persuading and creating a good flow that tricked me. I started it with a quote "People are like stain-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out; but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealved from the light within."-Elizabeth Kuber Roth.

What do you guys think that quote means? I think that it means that everyone has an inner beauty and strength, it is only a matter of finding that strength and brining it out. After that I jumped into my paper. What did you gues do? See ya tomorrow!

I liked your post alot, and I can see why your so stressed. My finals though this semester are going to be pretty easy; there is Geometry, English, Band, and Art, peice of cake. Don't worry next semester will be a headache! :( Well, I bet you'll do fine on your test as well as the benchmark we took, and good luck on studing. (p.s.>thanks for commenting on my last blog :)

The benchmark test was alright. How did you find that quote? I think is sounds true. You decipher it pretty well. Umm... I'm not sure... perhaps if people can be a window, the sun may be anything from another person to a object too... Or the quote may mean everyone has a cover and can be revealed by light or dark? sorrie I'm just blabbing on now. :)
