Questions
Keri's question:
I do agree for the first 4. Some people are just shy (including me). It does feel safer by blogging because they don't know who you are. A lot of people do like to see images, who doesnt?
on 9, I feel as if people knew the others, they would either comment a lot to them. or not comment to another unless the post is really good or they feel sorry for the person who doesnt have any comments on their post. with pseudo names you dont really know who the person is i dont think you could know each other or get to know the other really well.
11-16)For the most part i agree with you on these. Though sometimes blogging was tiring to me. and yeah, I felt like I could express myself more freely through the blog but also was restrianed. If I blogged to people I didnt know, I would talk a whole lot more because they dont know me so whats the danger? I liked how everyone followed the guide lines.
17-21) ms. james would say. first ask the blog then ask her. By doing that more people got their answers there and didnt have any need to ask ms. james. i liked how the students communicated and the teacher/grown-ups observed by doing that there wasnt really any feelings of pressure to make the post perfect. I think the reason why most didnt link was because we had resources here, it was our book and talking to ms. james.
22-24) The blog was another place where we could go to get school realted news or find what was happening if only our internet worked. yeah, sometimes some people would connect an idea with another.
25) The posts got much larger. There are also more comments and most have comments now.
Blogging replaced the paper tests except for the important ones. Most would rather be typing then writing a very long essay.
I dont think youre missing much.
I though my writing did improve more.
I found out that people have mostly the same thoughts or opionins. And we all desire a happy ending or a soft landing end rather than a cliff hanger or a sudden end.
I first blogged because of class but then I started to enjoy blogging.
Blogging just really improve both my reading and writing skills. by finding missed things in a book or having feedback to strenghten my writing piece.
