Depressing, but Good Books
It seems that when reading a book, the more in-depth it is and real; the more you remember it. To Kill A Mockingbird was one of those depressing, but wonderful books. In a strange way, I believe authors pick these sorts of topics because the character's pain is something we can relate to, or even imagine. For example, when Sout is worried at the end of the book, about Jem being dead; I could totally relate. You see I have a sibling and I could feel Scout concern when Jem got hurt, as a family member I don't think any of us would like to see one of our loved ones get hurt. Pain is something we all go through, so daily pains found in books are good foundations for stories. A sad story is a good story. If you have any good books in mind, post about them! I would love to hear about them all. Well, got to go! ;)
